At Cat Museum Istanbul, we are pleased to offer free shipping for both international and domestic orders. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping policies:


Domestic Shipping Policy (within Turkey)

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders within Turkey for orders more than 2000 tl.
  • Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Tracking Notifications: Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment’s progress.
  • Parcel Damage: If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. If you notice the damage upon delivery, reject the parcel and notify us right away.
  • Change of Delivery Address: You can request to change the delivery address before the order is dispatched.
  • Delivery Time Exceeded: If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us to resolve the issue.

International Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all international orders.
  • Transit Time: International orders typically take 7 to 14 days to arrive. Orders placed before 1 PM (GMT+03) will be dispatched the same day; orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
  • Tracking Notifications: You will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress once it has been dispatched.
  • Parcel Damage: If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible and contact us immediately. If the parcel was delivered without your presence, contact us with the necessary details.
  • Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer upon arrival in the destination country. If you refuse to pay these fees, the goods will be returned to us at your expense. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded, but you will receive a refund for the value of the goods, minus the return shipping cost.
  • Change of Delivery Address: Requests to change the delivery address can be made before the order is dispatched.
  • Delivery Time Exceeded: For delays beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us for assistance.

Returns and Cancellations

  • Insurance: Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the courier’s stated value.

  • Lost in Transit: If a parcel is deemed lost, we will process a refund or replacement once the courier’s investigation is complete.
